RETURNS / RMA REQUEST

askderm wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. A 15% handling fee may be deducted if items are opened or used. To initiate a return, simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) below or call us toll-free 1-800-393-3848. Shipping costs are only eligible for refund if the return items were shipped incorrectly or damaged.

      CHECKOUT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

      When you have filled your cart, visit your shopping cart page to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, and tax if applicable. We offer convenient checkout methods that include, standard checkout where we accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or PayPal checkout.

      If you choose our standard checkout method, you will be transferred to our secure processing area where you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information. While in this secured area you will need to enter your credit card information. You can also use My Skin Rewards in our standard checkout method as a form of payment. As a continuous effort to sustain optimal security for our customers, we process all orders in live time to ensure credit card information and data is not stored.

      Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.

      SHIPPING AND HANDLING

      All orders shipping within the Domestic US with subtotals over $49 ship FREE. Standard shipping for all other orders ship for a flat rate of just $5.95. Expedited shipping methods are offered during checkout which include UPS Overnight, UPS 2-day Air, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Signature is required for all orders over $400.

      Orders will ship the following business day from when it was placed. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and shipped when the back-ordered product(s) are available. If the item is going to be on back-order for an extended period of time, we will separate your order and ship the products that are in stock to you. The backordered item will be shipped to you at no additional cost when it arrives back in stock.

      TAX

      We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billing in New York or shipping to Georgia and California. Tax will be calculated based on your zip code and added to your order during the checkout process.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

      askderm ships to most countries with very few restrictions. Canadian and International shipping costs are calculated during checkout on a per package basis depending on the weight, size and destination of the shipment. Some countries require additional duties, taxes or other charges which International and Canadian shipments may be subject to upon delivery. International and Canadian shipping costs that are calculated and paid during checkout include shipping from our warehouse to your address, however shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes or other charges that are administered by customs.

Standard free shipping is offered to shipping addresses within the USA and takes on average 2-7 business days depending on the weight and size of the shipment. UPS 2-Day air and UPS Overnight is offered for a quicker shipment and is calculated on a per package basis depending on the weight, size and delivery address of the shipment. International and Canadian shipments average 7-9 business days.
