ClearTouch is an FDA-Cleared device used as a treatment of nail fungus.

The technology behind ClearTouch, Phototherapy, uses light by balancing wavelengths, intensity, and exposure to treat nail fungus in medical practices. ClearTouch utilizes dual energy pathways of light and heat to gain the greatest advantage of the light/heat relationship. The majority of nail fungus is caused by a fungus, T. Rebrum. T. Rebrum is a mold fungus that thrives in damp, dark places like close-tosed sneakers. Highly contagious, T. Rebrum is most commonly caused by a dermatophyte fungus that lives on the body as a result of direct contact.

This nail fungus can be transferred in two ways: skin-on-skin contact and surface contact with the infected area. If the fungus goes untreated, the fungus will not go away without a treatment plan and could spread to other parts of the body. 

ClearTouch is simple to use: simply turn the device on then hold the device over the infected are for 10 seconds two times a day (once in the morning and once at night).

The FDA has examined the product and determined it to be safe and efficacious for at home use.
