Once a day, at bedtime, apply formula with applicator brush, in a thin line, along upper lash line only at the root area (as though applying eyeliner). Use sparingly, only a small amount of product is necessary per application. If using eye make-up remover, rinse with water to neutralize and wait until lashes are fully dry before applying product.
