The gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines, and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation.
A thin application should be applied to the affected area twice daily or as directed by a physician.

I have rosacea and use Metrogel twice daily for control. At 62, I developed a couple of small age/sun spots on one check. I tried to use this product on just the spots, twice daily, over the Metrogel. It caused minor skin irritation and did not fade the spots. I discontinued use after four weeks.

My daughter purchased Obagi Clear-PM for herself and I. After using this product in just a short time - I could visibly see the difference in my skin tone. All discolorations were gone. My skin had a glow to it and smooth, even-toned. I daughter experiend the same results. Cant over-rate it enough. Fantastic product!

I purchased this for my 12 year old daughter It is working well so far.
Pros: I use this from time to time so I know what my daughter is experiencing. There is a tingling sensation that makes your face feel really clean. Step 2 (toner) takes off dirt that others leave behind! NO JOKE! Step 3 is pretty intense and smells a little bad...but the product is working and that's what it's all about!
Cons: The smell of Step 3. My daughter says it stings, but I tell her this means it's working.....and it will feel better when it quits stinging.....LOL!

Pros: Phenomenal product, I would give up eating before I'd ever give this product or any of my other Obagi products. The results are like nothing I've ever tried before. If you have sun spots,age spots, or uneven skin coloration Obagi is for you!

I love this product! I also go to Aesthetic Spa and order from them. Since I started to go to the spa and use Obagi along with retin-e my skin is looking so much better. I learned not to use just anything on my face because of the damage other products has done to my skin.
Pros: It evens out skin tone and helps keep my skin clear.
Cons: The smell is not so good!

I have used Obagi products for several years--when I try anything different, I`m always sorry I did! Obagi Clear is THE BEST at keeping my rosacea at bay and evening out skin tone.
Pros: Not greasy, absorbs well, fades blotches and scars.

I am using this to lighten dark spots (brown spots) on my face. It has been very successful on some lighter spots. I have only used for a month. Says it takes 3 months.
Pros: I have had them frozen and that can be really unattractive for a few weeks. Would rather fade them with a lotion.
Cons: Takes time.

The Obagi skin care system has been very helpful for my red-headed, freckled, woman of a certain age skin. I`m also prone to skin cancers (so far nothing too bad). Saw my Dermatologist last week and she was very pleased with the results.

I LOVE the OBAGI line. Was referred by my MD, who after 12 years with the MD business, went into skin care. This was the line she recommeded for me, and it has been the best choice I ever made. I have this product, which I put on after the OBAGI: Cleanser/Toner, and C-serum, then the CLEAR, and either the night or day cream w/C and other anti-oxidents, as well as the agents defined on the product site. (The strength s/b chosen depending on age, and need, or as recommended.) It works great! It`s all I need, after spending a lot of money on dept. store and even natural brands - this works much quicker. I use it mainly for pigment problems, but it works great as anti-aging, wrinkle preventing and past damage/wrinkle correcting, and brigtening my face.

Pros: It makes the brown areas and spots go AWAY, especially ones from hormones. I haven't had to use any facial "plastics", as this as been just as good. It also helped my wrinkles go away, and my skin is smooth. It is bright, and everyone estimates my age at least 10 years lower (maybe they are being nice, but being stopped at the bank, etc. other people have asked me what I use - and I tell them about this site.) PROS contineud under CONS as there are none!

Have used the Clear for almost 3 years and truly like the way
the product makes my face feels. To be honest if it was not
so cost prohibited would enjoy indulging in a daily overall skin application (legs, arms etc.)
