Take off curler cap and remove the small cleaning brush. Slide open the bottom portion of the curler and insert battery. Turn curler on and wait until the indicator light behind the comb head changes from RED to YELLOW. Curl the middle lashes first then either side of the lashes. Brush upwards while keeping the curlers heated comb surface pressed against your lashes for three seconds.
Continue brushing upwards and hold curler at the tip of your lashes and gently force the lashes back and hold for another three seconds. Repeat the process until desired curl is achieved and turn off curler when done. For best results, curl prior to applying primer and mascara.
Turn off after use to prolong battery life.

Pros: Compact packaging. Fast heating time.
Cons: To gain good upsweep of lashes, had to hold unit so close to lash root, felt unsafe. Would be perfect if unit could grasp and project lashes upward, as it heats.

Before I could even try the product, I got really frustrated because I did not see any opening to be slided open to put in a battery, as the instruction said.
There are no pictures on how to slide open the end of the curler or to show where the end is. The instruction is simply terrible when the consummer could not find where on the device to slide open.
There is no additional instruction on the BLINC site or anywhere else in the Internet.
I had to send them an email to their generic inquiry email address. No response yet. And, I cannot use the curler since I could not open it up to replace the battery.
Can anyone help?
I regret to say that the product design of this curler is just terrible.
